Value your time

Here are two stories that should encourage you to value your time. They’re both from people I know who were faced with important decisions about their future. Their careers. I think they will lead us to a place where we start to work out what's really important.

The first one was when a friend of mine faced a difficult decision. He'd been offered two similar jobs and he came to me for some advice. One of them was higher paid, but the other one was closer to home. I was able to suggest something he hadn’t thought about.

The other story I'd like to share was when someone else I knew made a decision about their future. They rejected a senior management position, for some very interesting reasons. What they said has always stayed with me.

As I’ve said, this video should encourage you to value your time.
